Question
Do you have a drill(s) to teach girls to hold their glove in the correct position when catching the ball and not holding it with the heal of the glove in their face with fingers pointing toward the thrower.

The "Soft Hands" glove and a ragball are a great training aid for proper glove position (receiving and fielding the ball with two hands).

The glove is made of medium density foam and either the left or right fielding hand easily slips into elastic loops for complete control. It think you can find the "Soft Hands" trainer at www.softball.com for about $15
