Question
What is a good time for a 13 year old to run from home to 1st and from home, around the bases, back to home?

Answer

I really don't know what a good time for a 13 year old would be however I can tell you most division I colleges look for a home to home time of under 12 seconds and a home to first time of under 2.8 seconds.

From my experience and memory (I retired from coaching for 4 years now) I assume a time less than 3.0 seconds for first to home for 18U players would be considered fast with 3.2 seconds being about average. For home to home times under 13 seconds would be fast and 14 seconds probably average.
