I was wondering if you can tell me how to make fast pitch softball practice fun for girls 8,9,10,11,12,13 year olds

The key is Practice Organization. If you have a lot of kids standing around or you do the same drills every practice it isn't going to be fun.

Have a plan to what you want to practice and keep the practice session moving to keep players alert and interested.

In each practice have a motivational theme and mini competitiona. Create activities to be competitive and fun as well as instructional.
