fastpitch motion/snap

Question
My 9  year old daughter was told by a pitching coach that she has a natural
turnover on her snap/release and she is pitching that way (successfully)
rather than using the up-snap.

My question: is this more damaging to developing elbows and wrists?

She pitches at about 40 mph. and only about four innings a week.

Answer
Thanks for the question!

I don't know pitching mechanics, however Larry Antley is the man when it comes to softball coaching.
