Hello, I have a 13 year old daughter, she is very active in several sports, primarily fastpitch softball. Between, team practice, pitching and batting lessons and games and weekends tournaments, there is very little down time. What do you recommend to keep her body fueled? She is starting to hit a growing stage and we want her body to be properly nutrition-ed. Vitamins? supplements? etc?

Hi Gary,

I'm sorry I'm really not your guy for this. As with most docs I know very little about advanced nutrition and you should get the best advice possible.

Go to allexperts, health/fitness and then nutrition and take your pick of many experts there.
