Question
all runners had advanced the runner who had scored and the runner who advanced to third were called out because the umpire used a ruling that the pitcher had the ball in her hand already and runners had took off early before pitcher had even released the other pitch but the batter in question was not even called back to finish batting due to have been only ball 3

Question -
there were base loaded the batter in question taught she had a three ball count an a 2 strike count the pitcher delivered the pitched and it past the catcher the batter in question taught was the 4th ball and starts to walk the third base runner runs home the 2nd baserunner runs to third when the third base runner crossed the home plate the catcher had barely threw the ball to her pitcher because she herself taught it was ball four the pitcher was never in the circle or pitchers mount the umpire never said to the batter to return because it was barely ball 3 as he said the pitcher never even been in pitching circle is told by her coach to tag the runner that had scored and also the runner that had advanced to 3rd. while standing on the base an the other runner had passed the home plate already was the ball still live if the pitcher had never step back on the pitching circle and also the runner that had scored had scored even before the catcher even the ball back to the pitcher.
Answer -
Hello Janie
The ball is live, the runners on base legally advanced on the passed ball. If the runners were already advancing it doesn抰 matter if the pitcher received the ball within the circle before they reached the next base or home.
If the batter was not entitled to first base because it was only ball 3 she would be return the batters box to finish her at bat.
That is how I see it -- You didn抰 tell me what the umpire ruling was.
Answer
It appears that the rules were misapplied in this case. In both cases these are dead ball plays that should have been called immediately. In other words these rulings are not appealable or applied after play is over.
Under the look back rule the base runner risks being call out when the pitcher has the ball in control within the circle. The base runners if they are not on a base must immediately either advance to a base (or to home) or return to a base.
If in the judgment of the umpire a runner leaves a base before the release of the pitch a 揹ead ball - no pitch?is called and the runner is declared out. Again this is not an appealable play.
I stand by what I said. It was legal for the runners to advance on a passed ball and even the advance on the throw back to the pitcher regardless of what the pitch count was on the batter.
