What are the Rules for the pitcher in the Junior LL tournaments such as inning and rest?

I抳e only coached ASA softball so I don抰 know much about Little League softball rules however it抯 my understanding LL pitching rest rules are based on calendar days.

This is what I found on the searching the Internet for Junior age LL. A pitcher remaining in the game, but moving to a different position, can return as a pitcher anytime in the remainder of the game, but only once in the same inning as she was removed. A player may not pitch more than ten (10) innings in a game. If a player pitches in less than five (5) innings in a calendar day, no rest is required.  Delivery of a single pitch constitutes having pitched an inning. If a player pitches in five (5) or more inning in a calendar day, one day抯 rest is required.
