Question -
ONE OUT, RUNNER ON FIRST, BATTER HITS A LINE DRIVE DOWN THE FIRST BASE LINE, RUNNER ON FIRST JUMPS BACK OFF FIRST BASE ON TO FOUL TERRITORY INSTEAD OF MOVING FORWARD ON TO THE FIELD.

IS THE BATTER CALLED OUT FOR GOING BACK ON TO FOUL TERRITORY ?

IF BATTER HAS ONE STRIKE AND FOULS THE NEXT BALL OFF HIS LEG, IS HE OUT ?

IN THE FIRST QUESTION, ONE OUT AND THERE IS A FLY BALL TO THE OUTFIELD AND THE RUNNER ON FIRST WAITING TO SEE IF THE BALL GETS CAUGHT BACKS UP OFF 1 ST BASE ON TO FOUL TERRITORY, WOULD HE BE OUT IN THAT SITUATION ?

Answer -
Thanks for the questions!

No, the runner can do what they need to do to keep from getting hit by the ball as long as they don't interfere with a defensive player trying to make an out.  There isn't a rule against this practice.

If there is one strike and a foul off the foot, then you have two strikes.  It doesn't matter where (or how painful) a foul ball is, it's still just a foul ball.  Two strikes on the batter.

I hope this helps answer your question, if not please reply!

Answer
Ahhhh, if the runner is getting a head start in tagging up from first to second, like stand 10 feet off and then running full speed and touching the bag just after the ball is caught, yes the runner is out.  That's some bush league right there. :-)  If he's just standing off the bag and doesn't do anything like I described, it's fine as long as he doesn't interfere with the play and returns to his base to tag up properly, or returns to his base and stays there.

I hope this helps answer your question, if not please reply!
