SS Leadership

Question
In one of your previous post, you brought up a very valid point. You said that SS is the leadership position. I play in a co-ed slow-pitch league. In that league I play SS. I am not one to boast, but I do make alot of ESPN quality plays! I never get any credit from the coaches (They are a married couple) Yet the rest of the team really seems to appreciate my play. This really pisses me off!! I have been asked to play on another team, our bitter rival. What would you do?
Answer
Thanks for the question!
I don't really have a great answer for you. I would say evaluate the new team (watch them play without playing against them) and see if that's team's chemistry is more to your liking as the grass isn't always greener on the other side. I would just make a good eval of both teams and see where you really want to be, where you'll enjoy playing more. Odds are if you jump ship, the old team won't take you back.
Good luck!
