I've been pitching for the last 2 years of fast pitch softball. recently, a coach told me that my footwork was wrong. Is there a right or wrong answer to this question?

Hi Corrina,

I'm sure there is an answer to this, but instead of just giving you the legal requirements of women's pitching (and I'm not sure that's what you're asking) write Larry A on this forum (he's a very experienced coach) and tell him in detail what your footwork is and let him help you.
