Question
Dr. Ambrose,

The organization I work for is hosting a slowpitch softball tournament, and while shopping for softballs, we came across several claiming "Red Dot", "Blue Dot", "Green Dot", "Grey Dot", "Gold Dot", "Super Red Dot" and "Super Blue Dot"

We've been wracking our brains trying to find out what the 'Dot' markings are in regard to, but we can't find any answers. Could you help us out?

-Will

Answer
Hi Will,

There are alot of ball out there and they are used in different games and orgs of softball.

What you want for a slow pitch tournie
SX 44RLA3 White Red - 88 ( Gold Dot )12Inch 375 44
YS-44RSA3 Yellow Red - 88 ( Gold Dot )12 Inch 375 44

To simplify, white or yellow gold dots will be your ball

you could also go with grey dots (40) which are a "softer" ball than gold if you want a little slower ball speed off the bat.
