Question
Hi! My name is Veronica I am 16 years old, I am from Slovakia, so it is too hard to play softball for me...but I love this sport...I play it for Apollo team and for Slovak representation, but I wanna to be better and play softball professionally...my coach is very good, but he has not enough practices and drills for me...
And my question is, if you can send me some drills??? Thank you very much...

Answer
Catchers do simply that "Catch", Catch as much as you can, practice strengthening your arm throwing to second base and simply work hard. Run as much as you can to improve your endurance and stay in shape. Play as much ball as you can and work hard.
Remember, "When you are not practicing, someone else is".
Good luck, Coach Suthe.
