Scoring an earned run

Question
Batter A walks
Batter B gets on with a fielder's choice
Batter C walks
Batter D walks, batter A scores
Batter E walks, batter B scores
Pitcher 2 enters the game
Batter F flies out to infield
Batter G grounds out
Batter H has a passed ball thrown to her, Batter C scores, then Batter H grounds out

How many earned runs attributed to Pitcher 1? Batter A or both Batter A & B. Batter C scored on a passed ball so I don't believe it can be earned and attributed to Pitcher 1.

The only way that the fielder's choice negates the earned run, is if the runner that was put out (or should have been put out) would not have been able to score that inning.   As the inning unfolded there is no way that A could have been put out.  The only assumption I am making here is that batter A beat the play and there was no error.

Batter A and B are earned runs, the defense had no opportunity to stop them from scoring before 3 outs.  If batter A was safe on the fielders choice due to an error, A's run is unearned.  Since C scored on a passed ball (defensive error) and would not have scored otherwise, this run is unearned.  If she had scored on a wild pitch, her run would be an earned run against pitcher 1.  Pitcher 2 can only have earned runs against her for runners that she is totally responsible for.
