Question
Batter bunts the pitch and catcher throws the ball to 1st base and hits the runner in fair territory is the batter out. Thanks

Answer
Once the batter gets to the running lane, which would be almost every time by the time the catcher makes the throw on this play, the batter runs the risk of interfering with the throw by not being in the running lane.  If the batter interferes with the throw, in this case by being hit by the throw while in fair territory, the batter is out, the ball is dead, and all base runners get to go back to the base they were on when the ball was pitched.

Some coaches will teach their catcher to throw at the batter in this situation as it provides the best outcome for the defense.
