What does it mean when a bat says 31/21 -10?

Answer
All bats are weighted and balanced for almost each individual preference.
31/21 -10 means that the bat is 31" inches long and 21 ounce's in weight -10 is the length to weight ratio or how many ounce's of drop past the center line of the bat.
