Question
Do you know of any drills that can improve the overhand throwing motion?
Some of my players tend to have their arms fall off to the side as they are
throwing.

Answer
Try this:

A drill that helps with wrist snap and getting the proper overhand motion is Towel Slaps.  Simply grab a small towel, have the player using an overhand motion slap the towel on your hand, as you kneel in front of them.  If they push or 搒hot put?the ball the towel won抰 slap.

I like the site www.softballexcellence.com.  She charges a nominal amount for her stuff but you do get a video presentation of what is being taught.

Hope this helps
