Question
does softball and baseball have different mechanics in their swings? I've been getting different tips from different point of views.
i hope you understand my question,
thank you!

Answer
I understand your question completely.  You will hear this same thing from any elite hitting coach, the swings are the same!

The teaching method I use can be found at www.mikeepsteinghitting.com.  I am not affiliated with this guy but am sold on his method of teaching a girl (or boy) to swing a bat.

Check it out, then let me know what you think.

I believe more girls have had their ability to hit ruined by good intentioned uninformed coaches.
