Question
QUESTION: I have a documented disability and am able to play defense only.  What do I put
on the line up card next to my name to designate this?  Should I also verbally
tell the umpires and the opposing team?  Am I considered a FLEX player?
Thank you.
Sandra

ANSWER: HI Sandra,

Under the ADA rule for defense only in sp your team must have at least 11 players

You will be listed as the flex player and placed last in the line-up, it must be made known prior to the start of the game.

Your team may bat 10 or 11 (if an ep is used)

You can never play offense, if you leave the game any sub for the flex must also be pc.

Hope this helps
