best umpire books

Question
Other than the ASA fastpitch softball rule book, are there some softball umpire books or DVD's you would recommend for umpires to better their skills?  I have been umpiring for a number of years (8) and still strive to improve.  Most of the books I've found pertain to baseball.

congrats on 8 yrs, always strive for excellence (not perfection) and get that national assignment.

I know ASA have some DVDs on umpiring but that's about it as far as my knowledge goes.

IMO the best learning comes from doing ASA tournies, asking UIC's if you can follow them around on tournies you're not doing (never seen 1 that would be happy to) volunteering to be a free asst. UIC works, the ASA National School is outstanding training and obviously clinics and schools that I'm sure you've been attending.
