third tip or foul ball an out!

2016/7/15 17:20:25

Question
In slow pitch, I know in NSA the third tip or foul ball is still a strike and the batter would be out, but I am unsure about whether ASA rules are the same.  If this is the case, how long has it been this way? When did this rule change?

Answer
Hi kristi,

the same..out, forever as far as I know
