Can a player wear an arm cast during a game?

Answer
Hi Melissa,

In ASA a cast must be padded for the player to be considered but in the judgment of the umpire if it is potentially dangerous, (poses a significant risk of safety to other players)or changes the fundamental nature of the game it would be illegal and the player not allowed to play.
