QUESTION: Whats sz remains arm pits to top of knees mean ? Because she's releases her ball at chest high.

Answer
Sorry Marc,

I meant to say and I guess I could have been more clear pitch speed and arc are not something normally that an umpire considers in fp.

The strike zone (sz)on the batter remains the arm pits to the top of the knees in a natural batting position adjacent to the plate. A pitched ball however and at whatever speed it gets there must enter that area over the plate for it to be a strike.  If it does not it is a ball.
