Softball bunt

Question
The batter bunts the ball infront of home plate and drops the bat into fair territory. The ball back spins and hits the bat. Whats the call?

Two things can happen here and it is up to the umpire to judge. The ball can hit the bat as you describe or the bat can hit the ball. You know it when you see it.

In your scenario, there is no call.

If the batter hits the ball with the bat when letting go of the bat, the call is interference, dead ball, batter out.
