Outfielders inside the baseline

Question
In 10/U ASA, is there a maximum number of infielders?

Answer
Nope.

The only rule about fielder placement is that they must be in fair terriorty at the time of the pitch.  Of course the catcher is excluded from this rule.

Many places will set up local rules for this.  To me this borders on unsportsmanlike conduct and conduct that makes a travesty of the game.  Then an umpire can penalize the coach.  Or he can tighten up the stike zone to the size of a coffee can until the fielders assume their normal postions.
