switching pitchers

Question
IN 10u fastpitch, is it legal to switch between pitchers on the same batter with every pitch?  The pitchers are not leaving the game just switching from 1st to pitcher but they are doing this every other pitch. ?????????

Hi Mollie,

I've never seen anything like this, yes you can do it in ASA, not in some other orgs, yes the coach and I are going to have a little "chat" at the 1/2 inning, there are some rules and or consequences I can think of to discuss w/ them.  This is ridiculous.
