Question
We have a 5 point rule per inning.Team A had 5 points in the top of the 2nd inning and team B had 0.Team B made 4 runs and had bases loaded and made a grand slam homerun and brought in 4 more runs.Should all 8 runs count?

Answer
It depends on how your rule is written.  I have seen the rule written as no new batter after 5 runs have scored.  I have also seen the rule written as a 5 run max per inning.

In the first case, yes.  In the scond case, no.

Run limits are local rules.
