8 and under girls softball

Question
My daughter plays on an 8 and under team The coaches have older daughters that play 10 and under and 12 and under so when they  are coaching the 8 and under team the coaches feel that it is in the best interest of the girls for them to try to get out the lead runner. This seems to me to be confusing because the girls are not sure where to throw the ball and it ends up the girls are throwing the ball all over the field and the other teams are older teams so they are running up the score Help please

Answer
It's ok that the girls are taught to get the lead runner but it's very important that they practice their plays during practice days. It's a no no to let players do a particular play in the field if they haven't practice or even tried it during practice.
