Can an ASA umpire give an out for swearing and if so can he forward an additional out for upcoming innings?

If there is an orange and white base does the 1st basemen have right to both bases to establish an out?

Hi Jason,

I umpired a league where we had a team warning, then an out and if it was a third out, they start the next inning with an out.  BUT this is a local league rule.

In strict ASA play no, but we can eject them for UC.

Only if the throw is coming from foul territory or an errant throw draws the fielder toward foul territory can the fielder and the runner use either base.

Otherwise the fielder must use the white and the runner the orange
