arguing judgement of the umpire

Question
Last night I umpires a game where a coach argued many calls from obstruction because the defense was on the inside corner of the bag. (Did not alter the offense running path in my opinion) No slide at home plate throw taken off line and no play to be made at the plate. Then A out call at first base, throw and runner arriving at the same time. The coach was warned not to argue judgement calls. He continued to rant and trying to incite the crowd on his side. I told him that it was not allowed to question the judgement on this call at first base. I explained to him by rule if he continued he would be ejected from the game. Thee was an umpire in the stands that said that there is no such ruke in softball Dixie Softball). I find this a little hard to believe. Regadless the coach was ejected but refused to leave. What is the next step? PS The commissioner of the league is the wife of the coach.
Answer
Based on your last answer the best solution is earplugs. Or an ever tightning strike zone on coaches team!
You can always argue a judement call with an umpire. It is not a good idea to continually try to show up the umpire.
I would not allow the game to continue if an ejected coach refused to remove themselves from eyesight and earshot.
I like the answer of "that is why she is still standing there" To the question "You called that safe?"
Throw a little back at him!
