Foul ball with two outs

Question
The situation: There are two outs runners on first and third. The ball is hit foul to left field. The runner taged after the ball was cought. I thought the inning was over the other team scored. Ump calls BR safe at home. What is the rulling??????

Answer
Hi Peter,

If F7 caught the ball for the 3rd out, the 1/2 inning is over, no run can score.  this is umpiring 100, not even 101.  you can certainly bring out the "P" word on this one.  look at ASA 5-5-B no run can score if the 3rd out of an inning is the result of a) a b-r being called out prior to reaching 1st base.
