QUESTION: Would it be possible to post the exact rule and can you suggest where I might find a copy of all the Rules of Softball for Collegiate level Softball

Answer
I can't post a rule specifically on the substitution because there would only be a rule listed if there was a difference from the rules regarding substitution.

I am not an expert on NCAA rules, but I doubt they are different.

Start with ncaa.org for the rules
