Pitcher foot on rubber

2016/7/15 17:00:10

Question
At the high school level does the pitcher still have to have at least on foot in contact  the rubber.
Alos were can i find the hight school  rules for some ball on line?

Answer
Colton,

Although both feet can be in contact with the rubber for high school fastpitch, only the pivot foot must be in contact with the rubber at the beginning of the pitch.

You won't find the rules online because they are not online.  You can purchase a copy of the rulebook at nfhs.com
