IN A HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL GAME THE SCORE IS TIED AFTER 7 INNINGS.THE START OF THE EIGHTH IN IS PLAYED UNDER THE INTERNATIONAL TIE BREAKER RULE.THE VISITING DOES'NT SCORE,THE HOME TEAM COMES UP WITH A RUNNER ON SECOND,THE BATTER BUNTS AND THE RESULT OF THE PLAY IN RUNNERS ON SECOND AND THIRD WITH NO OUTS.THE NEXT BATTER HIT A HOMERUN.MY QUESTION IS TWO FOLD,IS THE GAME OVER AFTER THE FIRST RUNNER CROSSES HOME MAKING THE SCORE 1-0 OR IS THE SCORE 3-0.SECOND IS A RUN THAT SCORES BY WAY OF AN INTENTIONAL WALK A EARNED RUN.

Because the game ended on a home run all runs are scored. If it would have been a base hit just enough runs score to win the game.
It doesn't seem fair to the pitcher, but that intentional walk is an earned run because the defense did not have the opportunity to prevent the base runner.
