Scoring on 3rd out

Question
Runners on 2nd and 3rd 2 outs. Ball is hit to F1 pitcher   fields ball clean runs over and tags out runner going to 3rd. Does R1 that left 3rd and tagged home before out was made score

This is an odd situation.  Normally you would have the pitcher throw the runner out going to first.  This would be a force out and prevent any run from scoring.

Because the runner going from second to third was not being forced to advance, this becomes a timing play.  Any runs that score prior to the third out when the third out is not a force out (timing play) are counted.
