Where can I get a printed version of ASA rules for these ages?

Hi Tresa,

there aren't many separate rules from JO for these ages anymore, most changes you might see are local exceptions to national rules. You need to contact your local JO Commish and they can help you get a ASA rule book and also inform you of local league variations if any.
