Where can I get a rules & regulations handbook for girls softball 10 yrs and under?

Contact your local district ASA commissioner. They may be able to help. Start your search at www.asasoftball.com.

Remember, there isn't much difference between 10u rules and adult. Most of the rules that are specific to 10u are usually local rule that are adopted based on the local level of play.
