Question
If the visiting team is leading 7-0 after the 5 innings. In the top of the 6 inning, the visiting team scores 3 more runs. now is 10-0. Is the game over at that point or does the home team need to hit bottom of the 6 inning? The league plays with the 10 run rule after 5 innings.

Answer
hi ray,

you can't have the visiting team bat 6 times and the home team only 5 times (or any other numbers)and use the run ahead rule unless obviously the home team was ahead.

If the visiting team goes ahead by the required number of runs, the home team always get's their bats at the bottom of the inning to try to erase that.
