Are there any pitching restrictions by age for NAFA or ASA. Maximum number of innings?

Thank you for your question.

There are no pitching restrictions for ASA, for 12U or otherwise, for number of pitches per game, number of innings per game, or required days of rest between games.  I spoke with NAFA's (North American Fastpitch Association) Executive Director Benjie Hedgecock about their pitching restrictions.  NAFA doesn't have any of those pitching restrictions, either.
