14 year old Daughter would like to pitch

What tips can you give me to give to my daughter who has become interested in playing softball and pitching.   She is a big girl and very strong.   We have been practicing but I could use some advice to give her about her pitching style and some of the best ways to pitch.   She stands with her feet together facing the hitters and then throws underarm.   She needs to practice accuracy getting it across the plate but we need to know how to make her pitches faster and more accurate.

To make sure she develops the proper mechanics nothing beats taking your interested player to a pitching clinic or pitching coach to learn the basics of pitching (coaches & parents will learn also). After a player decides she wants to become a pitcher she should continue visiting a personal pitching coach to develop her skills.
