Scott, I coach a 12U travel team and want to make practices more productive for the girls.  Can you recommend any instructional materials to assist me in this matter. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Scott, I use some stuff from Softball Excellence.  The site is by a lady with coaching/playing credentials as long as your arm, Cindy Bristol.  Go to http://www.softballexcellence.com/

She charges for her stuff, but she is worth it.  Her prices are fairly reasonable and for between $50-$75 you can get a bunch of stuff.
