DP as pitcher

Question
Can a player that starts as a DP sub in for a pitcher?  If so when the DP is subbed back out of the pitcher slot, can the original pitcher return?

Answer
When using the DP/Flex rule, remember, any 9 of the 10 players in the line-up can play defense.  As long as the pitcher stays in the game and there is not a change to the line up, this is actually not a substitution.  Just a defensive change.

Otherwise, no the DP can not be substituted in the line up for the pitcher.
