left handed slap swing
Question
how can you identify if a slap swing with 2 strikes is a bunt or a swing
Answer
ASA defines the bunt as "A pitched ball that is intentionally tapped with the bat, slowly, within the infield.
It one of those things, you know what you saw when you saw it!
With that said, I will be watching for follow through on the swing. If the slapper is just dragging the bat through as they step toward the pitcher and the ball hits the bat, I am seeing a bunt.
If the slapper follows through on the attempt to make contact you are looking at swing.
How is that!
