Please detail Umpire responsibility on tag ups with fly ball to the outfield , two man crew. Runner on 1st, 2nd, Runner on 1st, runner on 2nd, runner on 2nd and third, runner on 3rd, runners on 1st and third and bases loaded. plate and base tag up responsibility, thanks

Here is my format of choice for the 8 runner configurations listed below:
R1: runner on 1B
R2: runner on 2B
R3: runner on 3B
PU: plate umpire
BU: base umpire

1. bases empty
2. R1 only: BU
3. R2 only: BU
4. R3 only: PU
5. R1/BU   R2/PU
6. R1/BU   R3/PU
7. R2/BU   R3/PU
8. R1,R2/BU   R3/PU
