scoring a play?

Question
in softball when a player catches a foul ball and then steps out of bounds with runners on base, the runners are allowed to move up one base. how do i mark this play in the scorebook? i know the batter is out, but its the moving of the bases i am not sure of. also is there a book that explains scoring plays simular to this that i can buy?

I would just note the margins if you want to be that detailed.  I don't know of a book that you can buy.  I use the National Fastpitch Coaches Association scoring guide along with the rule books.
