wild pitches

If a pitchers is throwing alot of wild pitches and she already hit at least one player, is there anything that the umpire or opposing coach can do?

No there is not.  

If you think there is a safety issue for your girls, refuse to put a girl in the batters box.  This could cost you outs and the game, but that is better than injuries.  If the other coach wants a game, they may get the message and change pitchers.
