I want to email rugby clubs in the North East is there a way to get all the email addresses

I assume you mean the USA so try USA Rugby and Google: Rugby Clubs....."  for your area. Most Clubs have helpful links on their web sites to other clubs and USA rugby. Also don't be afraid to pick up the phone and call the clubs you find. Most clubs are only to helpful to those wanting to join the game, if not move on to another club that is.
