gym work and training

Question
i am 15 years old - and have been gyming it for almost 2 years, and i was wondering how much gym work a guy my age should be doing?

Answer
Hi Harry,

As I say in my Bio I always defer to a professional trainer with these matters. If you have an experienced, trained and licensed professional trainer giving you a routine and guidance then ok.

My personal opinion is that weights should not be started until 18/19 when bones have fully grown an hardened.

Until then "own body" exercises are best: push ups, pull ups ets.
