Answer
Hi Tyler,
I trust you when you say that you "aint all fat" if you are working out 2-3 hours a day and if you are 16 and have a lot of muscle tone then you need to eat as much as you are to fuel your fitness regime.
Make sure the food you eat is healthy, fresh food. No fast food, chips, greasy food. Plenty of water and vitamin supplements too. Vitamins help the body process food. If you are keeping up the exercise you probably need the food.
I suggest getting with a professional trainer from a real quality gym. See if the gym has a dietitian too, a modern gym facility often does.
If not then go to the book store or the library and get a few healthy eating books. NOT diet books, at your age if you are eating healthy , fresh food and exercising 2-3 hours a day you are doing ok.
If you stop the exercise then think about lowering your calorie intake.
