Question
what kind o of pre season training should i be doing as a scrum half!all of the aspect such as cardio, weights?drills?scrum half drills?hill running?thank u

Answer
Hi D as I have put in my Bio I don't do training advice as it is important for you to get with someone in person to get safe effective results.

Find a gym with a good trainer, get with your coach, join an athletics club but make sure you have realistic goals and a plan to track your progress.
