Question
Hey I抦 from Australia, I抦 18. And have played rugby, rugby league most of my life. Have made various representative sides here in Brisbane and played for Rugby League. And went to one the best rugby schools in Australia. Was just wondering what my options where to start a rugby/rugby league career in the U.S

If you mean a paying carreer then I would focus on UK and Europe or Japan for the cash and higher level of rugby.
The USA rugby scene is like the Aussie/NZ rugby scene in 1975 basically amatuer with the odd top player getting "boot money". If you team is well set up you might get free kit (not boots) and travel.
Think more like a 3rd level social club team.
The highest level of club rugby is Super League which is still basically amatuer. Unless you can get a US work permit which is REALLY hard you would not be elegable for the US national team.
But hey if you can get yourself up here and have a grand or two spending money a team will get you set up with a place to stay and maybe a cash job. It would be for fun not money.
Southern California has the strongest overall league in the country and winter here is like a summer in most places. If you are interested in a sopt here let me know. Check out the club I played for @ www.backbayrfc.com
